Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

Last Updated: April 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Munabook's websites, mobile applications, tutoring marketplace, learning tools, communication features, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Munabook is an independent product and is not an official application of Quran Foundation. Where applicable, Munabook may use Quran Foundation APIs and may access content associated with Quran.com and QuranReflect in accordance with applicable third-party terms and platform requirements.

1. Company Information

2. Description of the Services

Munabook provides Quran learning and related educational services, which may include self-study tools, teacher discovery, trial lessons, class booking, subscriptions, session packages, learning progress features, messaging, community functions, recitation and voice features, reflections, and integrations with third-party services.

Some features may be available only in certain countries, on certain devices, or under paid plans.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. User Content

You may submit or create content through the Services, including messages, reviews, reflections, notes, recordings, profile information, and other materials ("User Content").

6. Tutors, Lessons, and Educational Services

Munabook may facilitate connections between students and tutors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Munabook provides the platform and related service infrastructure and does not guarantee any particular tutor, lesson outcome, availability, or educational result.

Tutors are responsible for the information they provide, subject to Munabook's review and moderation processes. Students are responsible for evaluating whether a tutor, class, or session meets their needs.

7. Bookings, Payments, Subscriptions, and Session Packages

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellations, rescheduling, no-show treatment, and unused session handling may depend on the product type, payment channel, subscription terms, tutor policy, platform rules, and applicable law.

Unless a separate refund or booking policy applies, all requests will be reviewed in good faith based on the nature of the service, the stage of delivery, payment status, and legal requirements.

For support regarding refunds, billing, cancellations, or disputes, contact aliben@munabook.com.

9. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

Some features allow you to connect third-party services through authorization flows such as OAuth 2.0, including Quran.Foundation or other supported services.

10. Quran.Foundation and Other Third-Party Content or APIs

Certain Munabook features may use content, APIs, metadata, identity services, or connected account functionality provided by Quran.Foundation or other third parties.

With respect to Quran Foundation APIs and content, the following additional rules apply to the extent relevant to the feature in use:

Munabook may attribute relevant content or features to Quran Foundation, Quran.com, QuranReflect, or other applicable sources where required by license, policy, or good-faith attribution practice.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, logos, graphics, interfaces, trademarks, and other content made available by Munabook, are owned by Munabook or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or any part of them.

Third-party content, including Quran text, translations, tafsir, audio, APIs, and related data, remains subject to the rights of the relevant provider.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and share information as described in that policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may include third-party websites, tools, APIs, payment providers, analytics tools, communications services, app stores, and identity providers. We are not responsible for the acts, content, or policies of third parties.

14. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Third-party APIs and connected platforms may also change, deprecate, suspend, or revoke features, scopes, endpoints, credentials, or policies. You acknowledge that Munabook may need to migrate, update, suspend, or remove dependent features in response to such changes.

15. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that:

If a third-party provider such as Quran Foundation suspends or revokes credentials, scopes, or access rights used by Munabook, we may immediately disable or restrict the affected connected features without liability to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, dispute provisions, and limitations of liability.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Munabook does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific educational outcomes, tutor availability, or compatibility with every device or third-party service.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munabook and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Munabook for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Munabook and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at aliben@munabook.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue available legal remedies in a competent forum, subject to applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
